Gino's NY Pizza is Buffalo's answer to a downstate craving - thin, flexible, foldable slices with that unmistakable char on the bottom and a ring of puffy crust around the edge. We've been hand-tossing dough, ladling sauce, and stretching mozzarella at 3500 Main Street for years, and every pie that slides out of our deck oven is built the way a real New York pizzeria is supposed to build one.
